Earned is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal information about our current and prospective clients and the users of our Digital Properties such as our website and App.  In this policy, "personal information" means information you provide to us about yourself and your financial situation when using our Digital Properties including Money Management Tools, and information that we collect or maintain to provide those services to you or for business purposes and by which you can be identified.

For example, our subsidiary, Earned Wealth Advisors, may access personal information that a user of our Digital Properties has entered into a Money Management Tool to determine whether and how Earned's investment management services may be helpful to that user or prospective client.  Personal information may also be accessed to troubleshoot any problems users may be experiencing with the Money Management Tools.  We can share your personal information in certain specified situations as set forth in our Privacy Notice. Please click-on and read our Privacy Notice which is incorporated into this Privacy Policy.

Your Digital Privacy

Privacy and security in Earned's online operations are just as critical as in the rest of our business. We use firewall barriers, encryption techniques, and authentication procedures, among other controls, to maintain the security of your online session.

When you use our Digital Properties and you give us personal information, we collect and store it to provide Money Management Tools and other features to you. As explained in the Earned Digital Properties User Agreement, we use Service Providers to provide the Money Management Tools who also may have access to your personal information.  We collect technical, navigational, and location information, such as device type, browser type, Internet protocol address, pages visited, and average time spent on our digital offerings. We use this information for various purposes, such as maintaining the security of your session, facilitating site navigation, improving Earned's website design and functionality, and personalizing your experience. We may retain your personal information in conjunction with the Money Management Tools even if you stop using those features.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Earned and our Service Providers use cookies and similar technologies to support the operation of our Digital Properties. Cookies are small amounts of data that a website or online service exchanges with a web browser or application on a visitor's device (for example, computer, tablet, or mobile phone). Cookies help us collect information about users of our digital offerings, including date and time of visits, pages viewed, how you as a user move through our digital properties, how you interact with digital pages and content and the amount of time spent using our digital offerings (sometimes called behavioral analytics), or general information about the device used to access our digital offerings.
