Her leadership experience spans Internet Brands, The Wonderful Company, and Bain & Company, where she specialized in scaling businesses, go-to-market strategy, and post-merger integration.

With over 15 years of HR leadership experience in private equity and healthcare, she brings deep expertise in talent development and organizational growth. Previously, she served as SVP of HR at AnewHealth and CarepathRx, guiding M&A integrations. At ExactCare Pharmacy, she built scalable HR infrastructure during rapid expansion. Veronica holds a Master’s in HR Management and is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces where people and businesses thrive.
