Since joining in August 2023, she has led Earned’s organic growth, strategic partnerships, and inorganic growth initiatives to accelerate the company’s trajectory. Previously, as Chief Marketing and Operating Officer at Kitchen United, Joy spearheaded the company’s expansion from inception to a nationally recognized brand valued at over $400M. Her leadership experience spans Internet Brands, The Wonderful Company, and Bain & Company, where she specialized in scaling businesses, go-to-market strategy, and post-merger integration.

In this role, Bill leads development of Earned's perspective across the seven wealth domains that together most drive financial outcomes for doctors: investing, tax planning, career advisory, insurance, trust and estate, debt management, and cash management.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Veronica Oubayan leads HR strategy and people operations, focusing on building a scalable, people-first culture. With over 15 years of HR leadership experience in private equity and healthcare, she brings deep expertise in talent development and organizational growth. Previously, she served as SVP of HR at AnewHealth and CarepathRx, guiding M&A integrations. At ExactCare Pharmacy, she built scalable HR infrastructure during rapid expansion. Veronica holds a Master’s in HR Management and is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces where people and businesses thrive.

Prior to joining Earned, he was a Vice President at Summit Partners, focusing on growth equity investments in healthcare. He also worked in M&A advisory at Harris Williams & Co. Luke graduated with honors from The College of William and Mary with dual majors in Finance and Mathematics.
